 Samsika® Marketing Consultants Pvt Ltd., the pioneer in Strategic Brand and Marketing Consultancy, presented the Seventh Annual Samsika® Awards For Marketing Excellence In Academics™ for BMS 2006-2007 on February 4, 2007 at the Samsika® Academy of Brand Management™

The Chief Guest, Dr. M N Welling Principal, Narsee Monjee College of Commerce & Economics, presented the awards to the Best Marketing Minds in Academics at the Samsika® Academy of Brand Management™. Mr. Jagdeep Kapoor, Brand Guru, Chairman & Managing Director, Samsika® Marketing Consultants felicitated the winners.

Mrs. Asha Kapoor, Director of Samsika® Academy of Brand Management™ welcomed the guests. Ms. Hansika Kapoor compered the entire show. Mr.Yashpal Kapoor, Senior Consultant, Samsika, encouraged the winners. Mrs. Sangeeta Kapoor, Director, Samsika, honoured the Chief Guest. Master Samridh Kapoor, through his merit rank inspired the students to excel and gave the vote of thanks.

This award was instituted seven years ago in a pioneering effort for the first time in India. This award aims at encouraging and increasing the involvement of the budding marketing students in the field of marketing

The best marketing students, for the Seventh Annual Samsika® Award for Marketing Excellence in Academics™ was chosen by the Principal of the Participating college, and each award winner was awarded the following:¬-
1 A cash award of Rs. 1500
2 A certificate from Samsika® Academy of Brand Management™ (SAB)

The students of second year third semester BMS course were eligible to participate in the Seventh Annual Samsika Award for Marketing Excellence in Academics™ contest. The winners were felicitated at an award ceremony held on February 4, 2007 at Samsika® Academy of Brand Management™.

A total of seventeen BMS college students got the Seventh Annual Samsika® Award for Marketing Excellence in Academics™ for BMS 2006-2007 from various colleges.

Since each college's best marketing student was awarded, the competition was healthy and fair. Each recipient appreciated the 'first time in India' effort by Samsika, to recognize and award the marketing students.

Next year, the Samsika award would be presented to the best marketing students in each BMS College on February 3, 2008
